Item is strictly no refund or exchange. All items will be QC before sending out.
Colour & Texture
Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves.
Payment
Purpur-Inn's items are tagged in Singapore Dollars (S$). Payment will be done through Paypal &/or fund transfer via POSB. For Fund Transfer - Please click on "Personal Check" to get the bank details for making payments. If you need bank details for other banks, ie UOB, do drop us a line @ [email protected]
Shipping
At the point in time, shipping will be done within Singapore only. All items will be shipped via Singpost. Please note that there is a local postage charge for every item ordered and weight is dependable on the item indicated. However, if buyer want the items to be shipped by registered mail, please top up S$2.25 in addition to the normal postage.
Delivery Period
Please allow a maximum waiting period of 5 working days for the arrival of the items and paid items will be send out the next working day unless the items is not available, a full refund will be made to the buyer.
Privacy Policy
We do not sell or disclose any personal information to third parties. The only time we will collect the information is during "Check Out" point when you fill up a purchase form.
Purpur-Inn do not send email requesting personal information unless the information provided in the purchase form is incomplete.
